(ABBI) is organized exclusively for empowering children, youth, and young adults, by inspiring them to access the tools to embrace their full potential!  We strive to cultivate each person's capacity to think, feel compassionate, and act purposefully while doing it with style and grace.  We provide the community with access to an innovative hair artist, creativedesign artist, expert seamstress, and exquisite designer, leadership, organization, social skills, and etiquette programs.  Feeling “beautiful” is priceless, while being “balanced” is feeling whole.


Melanee Williams

is a devoted advocate of community service and Restorative Justice. With over 15 years of experience, she excels as a professional Hairstylist and Creative Director, while also making a lasting impact as a Circle Facilitator, Mentor, and Journal Specialist. Her work embodies a passion for serving and empowering diverse individuals through Restorative Justice practices.

Paulette Williams

a skilled designer, combines her love for fashion with a strong dedication to community service. After retiring from the Library of Congress, she passionately supports young ladies by designing prom dresses and teaching dressing for success classes as part of the Welfare to Work Program at the UPO office, guiding individuals toward a brighter future.

Wanda Rose

a dedicated community leader of 30 years. Started at 14 in Ward 7. Her 20-year service role as a Cheerleading Coach with the District of Columbia Department of Recreation exemplifies her unwavering commitment to community service. She imparts crucial social skills and etiquette programs to empower individuals for community upliftment. A proven leader and Executive with experience in program management, problem-solving, and team organization/building. She serves as a role model, guiding and organizing young girls towards success and community betterment.

Domonique Mobley

the creative visionary behind Exploiting Personalities by Domonique Decorative Painting, advocates the significance of art from youth to adulthood, highlighting the manifold benefits of an open mind. Throughout her career, she has passionately personalized homes, businesses, and events to match her customers' distinct personalities and styles. Her artistic journey, ignited in childhood by her mother's shared moments of coloring, continues to inspire her lifelong passion for art.
